What is a credit?
A credit pays for one screenshot. A screenshot from a chosen country uses 2: that is the only option that costs more. Full page, phone or tablet, one element, dark mode and PDF all cost 1.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. A plan gives you a fresh set each month and unused credits do not carry over. If your use is irregular, a pack fits better: pack credits do not expire.
What happens when I run out?
Screenshots stop and you get a clear message saying you are out of credits. Nothing is billed automatically. Add a pack or pick a bigger plan and you are back.
Is a failed screenshot charged?
No. If the page cannot be captured, or the country you asked for cannot be confirmed, you pay nothing. To prevent abuse, the number of failed screenshots per day is limited.
Can I cancel? Is there a commitment?
No commitment. Cancel at any time from Billing, and you keep your credits until the end of the period you paid for.
Plan or pack: which one?
A plan costs less per credit and renews each month. A pack is one payment and does not expire. You can have both: we use the credits that expire soonest first.
Do prices include VAT? Are there refunds?
Prices are shown without VAT, which is added at checkout according to your country. No refunds are offered, so start with the 50 free credits to check it fits.
